Components

• Aluminum structure with recycled plastic board.

Horizontal components 

• Top segment made of 6063T5 1½" x 3" x .120 aluminum soldered to the vertical segments
• Lower segment made of 6063T5 1½" x 1½" x .120 aluminum soldered to the vertical segments 
• Middle segment made of 6063T5 1½" x 3" x .120 aluminum soldered to the other segments (optional)

Vertical components

• Segments made of 6063T5 1½" x 3" x .120 aluminum soldered to the horizontal segments.
• Middle segments made of 6063T5 1½" x 3" x .120 aluminum soldered to the horizontal segments.

Anchors

• Aluminum plates 6" x 6" x ½" with 3 holes of 7/8" soldered to the base of the vertical posts with squares every 8' for systems installed on concrete base with stainless steel bolts of 5/8" x 7' with epoxy
• Adjustable squares of 24" x 30" x 2" x 3/8" for systems installed on asphalt or gravel with 20" x 5/8" nails fixed in concrete at 30" depth by 8" of diameter.
• Hinges with galvanized steel bar and lock
• Steel plates 8" x 8" with 3 steel brace rods set in concrete  base of 10" diameter with a depth of 60". That plate is soldered to the base of the posts.

Boards

• Boards made of recycled plastic of 48" x 48" x 3/4" white or natural
• Top  bar made of white or grey recycled plastic of 3 3/4" x 96" x 3/4" fixed with 3/16" x 1½" aluminum rivets
• Corner board with 15' or 20' radius
• Red and blue lines permanently marked to the boards with "gel-coat" 

Access Door

• Hinges and adjustable lock made of high strength galvanized steel for 30" x 36" player door
• Center support post for greater rigidity
• Adjustable hinge made of galvanized steel with lock bar of 2 3/4" diameter.
• Door can be 10', 11' ou 12' wide.

Board anchors

• The boards are attached with 3/16 x 1 1/4" aluminum-aluminum rivets every 12"

• Galvanized steel fence (2" x 2" holes) of 4', 5', or 6' gage 6 or 9 with top and bottom horizontal bars of 1 11/16" 
• Recycled plastic 8" x 3/4" yellow, red or blue protective band
• Fence is supported by 3 1/2" x .216 post at the beginning and the end.
• Fence post made of 2 3/8" x .154 galvanized steel for the other sections.
• Galvanize steel plate to protect the base of the machinery access door

Corner boards with radius of 15' or 20'. Curved bar of 1 11/16" at bottom, center and top for fence of 60" or  more.

Galvanized steel fence, gage 9 or 6, 48", 60", 72", 84" or 96" high.

Corner boards with rivets every 8", radius of 15', 20' or 28'.

Top bar of 3 3/4" or 4" by 3/4" thickness, grey or white.

Machinery access door based on customer specifications with galvanized steel support posts of 3 1/2" x 0.216". Additionally, all the bases of 1/2" x 6" x 6 1/2" have a reinforcement plate of 5" x 3" x 3/8" with 3 bolts of 3/4" x 7" for concrete base installation with epoxy.
